Eudoxia is proud to have offices for business management, atelier for production, and warehouses for returns. Though we don’t have any permanent physical stores, we do offer free shipping anywhere in the world. Due to this work model, we are able to offer exceptionally affordable prices for unique jewelry.

Yes, we have a two-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. Any damage sustained by misuse or alterations not done by Eudoxia will void the warranty. You can claim repair in the warranty information page.

Your products are delivered via Express Shipping and you are provided a tracking code once the order is shipped. It will be promptly shipped and beautifully packaged.
We do not charge any shipping cost, it is totally free.
Our processing time is written for each item individually within the descriptions. In general, it takes 3-6 business days to dispatch the item. For US, Canada & Europe deliveries shipping take 1-3 business days. However, shipping may take longer depending on national customs regulations. Eudoxia is not responsible for any delays due to these unforseen circumstances.
